What a moron. The Japanese government needs to wonder if this guy is right for the job since he obviously doesn’t know who Condoleeza Rice is.
Maybe haven’t exploited the Middle East militarily (so far), but it’s probably because the Imperial Army of the past wasn’t able to make it much farther West than Malaysia and Burma. He’ll probably get shuffled out of the job in 6-12 months and be playing golf somewhere in 2008. What an idiot.
