Too bad it’s not the Harry S Truman making the port call. I see from the wikipedia article that she’s normally deployed with the Atlantic fleet.

If the Truman were to make a port call in Inchon, there would probably be a large and continuous electrical discharge ongoing between it and the MacArthur statue. Ideally, the pro-North anti-statue demonstrators would get caught in the arc and have their eyebrows scorched off.
