    Probably the Zero that was assembled from five Zeros captured during the Aleutian campaign.

    My mistake, the Zero that I was refering to is an A6M3. The one in the photo is an A6M5, so most probably, it was captured on some airfield at the end of the war.

    I can already see the Korean conspiracy theorists seeing this as proof that the Americans were behind the invasion of Korea by the Japanese.
