Ugly Street Spammers

This is a good example of what Seoul City Government should be doing to all the sneaks that illegally post all through out the city, making the city a perpetual eyesore.

    Not bad, but you could have just said “sneaks that that illegally post” …

    Yep, instead of “billet” I should have used “post” or “puts up”.

    The offender of the day is “Hyroad” whereas it was Thrunet in 1999-2001, then Hanaro until, finally these Hyroad people.
