That actually took longer than I would’ve expected. Those guys are slowing down in their old age.
Nice to know that both of these media outlets are living up to the high standards of decorum and class that we’ve come to expect from them.
Yes, but Naver’s headline says “Before SSG Yun was killed, there was intelligence about a terrorist bomb”.
-In the context of Afghanistan, that would be like a Seattle weatherman telling us that there might be rain today.
Its fair to blame America but Korea shares the blame. When Canadian soldiers die, Canada shares the blame. But America is equally culpable. So are the soldiers who die for participating in these crimes. It should be understood however that words like America, US, Canada, Korea are metonymns for the power-centers and not the country as a whole.
