		<description>Always appreciate you posting up some of these old pics.  
I was pleasantly surprised last weekend walking along Chonggyechon and stumbling across a little nook that featured several pictures of Chonggyechon / Chongno / city Hall area at various points in time.  Quite interesting.  If you haven't seen them, it is worth a Sunday stroll along there to have a glimpse.</description>
