I found a similarly ironic article in an issue of the Ajou University English magazine, The Ajou Globe, about 4 years ago. The cover story on plagiarism was titled, "A Plague is Sweeping our Campus." After the opening two paragraphs, the article's suddenly shifted to a fairly technical definition of plagiarism and a discussion of how it can be avoided or dealt with. There were no sources cited on the page, but a quick internet search revealed that about 70% of the article had been copied verbatim from the website of a university in Washington state.

"he wrote an 83-page report titled "Changes in Ideas on Copyright in France."
