Pot-smoking foreign English teachers an international epidemic

Pot-smoking foreign English teachers—it ain’t just a Korean thing. Meanwhile, back in the Land of the Morning Calm, a foreign English teacher at a kindergarten was busted for having pot mailed to him from the United States. The Munhwa Ilbo headline says it all—”Yet Another Foreign English Teacher [Busted for] Marijuana.”
