It is "B.B." Bell, (said with as southern an accent as you can muster). And, yes, he is The MAN! He not only has charisma and a healthy command presence, but he has a clear idea of what he represents and what it means to both the Korean and American side of the Alliance. One thing the Foreign Ministry will learn: He is neither "Mr. Business as usual", nor "Aw Gee, I sure don't want to offend no one." Go B.B.!
