The Sunshine Policy has never been about the North Korean people. It’s about sucking up to Kim Jong-Ill and nothing more.
The amazing thing is that it is not doubling from 3% to 6% or so, but from 18% to 35%. Damn. more than one third of the population. As the largest recipient of of food aid, they out-basketcase even all the third world basketcases.
800,000 undernourished South Koreans as well?
