I’m going to retry the update—this time doing it the “long way.” Hopefully this will fix some of the issues the blog has been experiencing. The blog might be down for a couple of minutes.
UPDATE: OK, the system has been “cleaned out,” so to speak. It’ll take a couple of hours to get things looking the way they should. Apologies go to the readers.

Sorry to hear about the problems…please, if you don’t mind - either shoot me an email after you’re done or write up a little post here which’ll help some of us avoid the problems you’re currently going through, if and when we decide to upgrade.

Fear not—I upgraded the aggregator plugin, so I have to redo the list. It will be up shortly.
In English we have this saying,
