My Best Marmot Impersonation (a.k.a. finding a high minded excuse to post boobie pics)

An assoicated press report from Doha on culture clashes at the 2006 Asia Games:

When Salim Al-Nabit and his friends went out to see beach volleyball for the first time, they left their wives at home.

Al-Nabit said he was willing to force himself to watch the skimpily clad women play, but that he certainly wouldn’t want his wife watching.

He was only there himself, he said, because it was a matter of national honor.

You know if Charlie Rangle ever is sucessful in reinstaing the draft in the US, I choose to defend my nation’s honor sitting on a beautiful beach watching well built skimpily clad women frolic.

Aparently one nation in particuar is being singled out:

The Iraqis wore considerably more conservative outfits than their opponents, the Japanese. While the Agasis were clad in yellow, two-piece tights that went down to mid thigh and covered most of their shoulders, the Japanese pair’s uniforms were so small that the country name had to be abbreviated on their bikini bottoms.

“I felt kind of funny about it at first,” said Japan’s Satoko Urata. “But what can you do? It doesn’t bother me now. They have uniforms like this in swimming and track, too.”

Thankfuly the AP as well provides some helpful photos of the Japanese uniform controversy:

You know if Ms. Urata has a simular outfit for track, I sure hope she does not train in Sapporo. If she does, I hope she buys those nipple cover band-aid’s I saw for sale at a Japanese 7-11 to prevent Headlights.

Nice, Dramm Man, but if you’re going to impersonate me, first know this—I follow the Zen principle of boobies. I.e., when posting boobs, just post boobs. No need for high-minded excuses.

In the part of the world where the Brazilian and the Landing Strip are unknown it must be difficult to maintain. Wonder if they have someone skilled in the depilatory arts on the coaching staff.

You know, Ms. Urata is quite good. Here are some other shots of her in action. I think I like the Greek player blocking her in the first shot better:

    Greek player blocking Urata (darn!)

Crazed Japanese fans tearing up the stadium with their disturbing behaviour

This is just what those Muslims needed, some T&A. Maybe they will stop boofooing each other, use the Koran as toilet paper, and stop crashing airplanes into our cities.

Add a Koran-as-toilet-paper cartoon to the above post and effigies of the marmot will be set alight in the Muhammadan lands.

I recall the Sepoy Mutiny, sparked in part by rumors of pork-tainted bullets. Samgyupsal + an M249 = a potent rodent.

Agree with Someguyinkorea. Mainstream sports have become to hyped up, in any event. Time for something else.

Yes, I have heard of threatening to put pigs in the graves of Muslims as a motivator. Perhaps we should try that in Iraq? Be easier and we could save money on the dog leashes.
