Does this mean South Korea is going to vote on the UN NK human rights condemnation? I thought the recent news was that they were going to abstain again. That is going to be rather interesting, no?, when you have the South Korean being the head of the UN, calling out his own nation to do something about the problem, and his nation won't even vote.... I mean -- they have to vote now, don't they? Uhhh….
