I’m usually the last person to defend Bush (unless it’s Kim Dae-Jung who’s bashing Bush) but, gosh, what a laughable editorial this one is!
And.. “The scary and sad thing is that people of traditionally peace-loving countries such as the Republic of Korea now want nukes, because their brothers to the north have them.”…WTF?
This Ricky fellow is simply a communistic clown. I can’t seem to find much information about his publication that he claims to be a senior contributor to — Korea Economic Report.

But to any long-time expat who’s been paying attention, Rick Ruffin is known as a complete ass-clown. He has a long track record of laying turds in the pages of the execrable Korea Times. So this is nothing new. It’s been a while since I heard this guy’s name — I figured he was in Thailand by now.

the guy’s a real imbecile. i too am outraged by the bush administration on many fronts, but the leap of logic ricky takes is pathetic. the only thing worse is the editorial staff who would print such crap. not surprising, though.
you’re right brendon, ol’ ricky has been around here as an ass-clown (perfectly put) for a long time. probably will continue as it’s the only place such drivel would make it into print.
he’s also a website called korea chronicles where he’s linked to “president moron.” more interestingly, he actually has a “korean babes” section with a nude of sunghi lee and one of his wife. just shows you the standard of integrity the dude has.

Judge Judy…I am so sorry I followed that link. Sheer creeped me out it did. I find his pictures of Korean “creatures” particularly unsettling.
