Seouldout: there are a lot of comments on Korea Liberator, just not so many here.

But I'll repeat what I wrote there, and wish you guys (Joshua, Richardson, and Mr. Na) luck as they go their separate ways.

It was good while it lasted, plus it filled the midday lag (North American time) when the Marmot's Hole isn't getting updated because everyone in Korea is fast asleep.

If differences of opinion are a reason for bloggers to go their separate ways, then the Marmot would have given me the boot a long time ago.
That depends on a couple of factors.

First of all, this is, foremost, Marmot's site. The rest of us are guests, including guest authors. TKL was a collaborative project with equal say for all three authors, which makes any major differences of opinion more difficult to live with.

Furthermore, the differences concerned policy issues as well as the focus and content of the blog. Can't run a blog together when there are disagreements over those issues.

It was great while it lasted. I wish Joshua and Richardson well at, respectively, OFK and DPRK Studies (in fact, I will guest blog on DPRK Studies occasionally).

As for a reunion... Highly unlikely at this point, though I would never rule anything out.

And the condolences keep coming.

Cue nighttime-stillness-with-some-occasional-cricket-chirping sound effects.

Kinda telling how no one cares. Won't be missed?
