That bullshit - playing the Japan card to distract attention from the fact that the only reason the gate is going to be moved is to realign it wth Sejongno, which is going to be cropped of four lanes.  It's bad enough that they're going to fuck up the traffic pattern; now they're going to destroy the symmetry of the refurbished palace</description>

Yes and no.    I think the title is refering to the findings of the report.   A big problem with the article is that isn't cohesive.  Worse yet, it mentions the renovation of the palace, as if to show that Koreans are doing something to protect Korean heritage, but the USFK isn't.</description>
