    I assume it’s also a jab at the US Air Force suggestion that “nonlethal” weapons be tested on Americans first:

    “If we’re not willing to use it here against our fellow citizens, then we should not be willing to use it in a wartime situation”

    Wow “trachys”, the Air Force really needs to vet its commentary. Such a quote is worthy of an old Saturday-Night Live skit or Monty Python.
