The government can't censor the press. The press is getting on the internet, exposing the military coup, even before it happens, thus, making it nearly impossible to pull off secretly. Bottom right. The military leadership is too smart to attempt a coup. Balloon says, "Do you think we're stupid? Who would attempt a coup, knowing about cell phones, Seoul traffic, and the press that can't keep its mouth shut?" Heading, why a military coup is not possible in our country, “South Korea”.
