At a resolution of 1024 x 768, it's still overlapping with the blogroll, although at a higher (? 11xx x whatever) resolution, it doesn't overlap. In the process of moving to Bluehost, I discovered that a plug-in had increased the SQL DB size to over 100 mb, which was queried each time a post was viewed (and googlebot was basically spamming us at the same time. The WP-Cache program and reducing the DB size was the cure, although we’d already left LunarPages. We had the CPU quota issue with TKL hosted on LunarPages.

It may not be a template issue.
