Iv been at this case since i was 5, 12 years I have read every maagazine and the first time i saw her she caught my eye on a magazine her beauty and the horrible thing that happened to her. What I believe probably dosent matter. I believe the parents, a kidnappers mind dosent work by asking for such a small amount and killing the child before he gets it. Karr was simply seeking attention and i only hope she can rest in peace.

[...] Anyway, I haven’t missed to much it looks like, Team USA trounced the Korean basketball team in Seoul, more fan deaths, Norks threatening a nuclear bomb test whatever, then of course there is nothing wrong with stripping prison guards, a possible ex-English teacher in Korea possibly killed Jon-Benet Ramsey, which has spurred netizen outrage while weirdos like this continue to rape women and children around Korea and no one cares, and one other English teacher is under scrutiny as well for having let’s say to much fun in Korea. So all in all still same old wackiness in the Land of the Morning Calm. [...]

So does this mean that all the people that suspected the Ramsey family of killing their daughter were wrong?

Karr claims he taught English to children aged 6-12 in Seoul, South Korea, and volunteered as an English teacher in Heemstede, Netherlands, a resume posted on an English-teaching institution Web site said. The Web site took down the posting after an Associated Press reporter called. South Korean immigration officials have declined to comment.

Call me sexist if you will, but I don't know why anyone in Germany would hire an American man to be a nanny when you could hire a turkish or Romanian woman. English is not that important.

CM,

You're right, I spoke too soon. I think i read something like he was picked up in the US for having child porn but didn't get any serious time/punishment for it. I may have misread though. I was a little drunk when I posted that. There should be background checks for all foreigners seeking work visas, especially for teachers dealing with kids I think though.

What I should have written was that there will be an outcry and many will probalby blame foreigners for not keeping the industry clean. Hagwon owners never seem to get any blame nor do the authorities who should be setting tighter guidelines for who can teach and who can't.

But once again CM, you were right, my comment was stupid and not thought out at all.
