In Chungju for the weekend

I’m now in lovely Chungju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do on pleasure/business.  Hope to post some photos later.

    Not much to see in Chunju itself but the city is a great launching pad to see many great sites in the area. Hopefully you are planning to check out Woraksan National Park and Mireuksaji. All are worth a look.

    Also if you are staying at Hotel Friendly in Chunju which is probably the nicest hotel in town don’t order the American Breakfast, trust me, it’s a joke.

    Suanbo Hot Springs is so close by!

    But in this weather, who needs hot water…..
