USFK plans to create its own independent force command to provide “air- and naval-centric support” to the South Korean military, which will apparently exercise independent wartime command of its forces, reports the Korea Times.
So, does this mean we can FINALLY pull our ground troops out of here?

I a strange way, I bet the Uri party hopes the US Army stays a little longer. The strategery being that someone will get in an accident or some sort of altercation which the Uri can sensationalize and use as a platform to retain the Blue House
Otherwise, they are forked.
