Foreign Minister Ban Ki-moon said today that it would be impossible to carry on relations with the North as usual. A Foreign Ministry official said Ban got on the horn with the foreign ministers of the United States, China, Japan and Russia, telling them that Seoul would reconsider its relationship with Pyongyang, including the question of humanitarian aid.

I’ll believe that when they shut down Kaesong and Gumgang.

This is beginning to resemble comedy. Perhaps if they put a severed head or a pirate’s treasure map inside one of their missiles it would garnish more attention.
