If you can arrest the head of Hyundai Motor for financial improprieties, surely you can arrest whoever was responsible for the paint jobs on Seoul’s new bike taxis.

    What sort of insurance coverage are they offering to cover the medical costs after you get hit by a bus, taxi or your average korean motorist while riding in one of these things?
