If I were to toss out stats based on the small sample size of people I personally know, I'd say that 100% of the Koreans here are here because they choose to be here and stay here. But that's no more a valid number than your number, since I haven't done a proper statistical survey with a reliable sample size, and, I suspect, neither have you.
