The name Bernard Carleton made a few alarm bells ring in my mind – Carleton University is situated in Ottawa.
I laughed out loud when I read this story in the paper. I proudly faxed it off to my friends who have been paroled from the ROK. Bernie, you certainly have a pair! The poor Canadians, They are confused North Americans. They still curtsey to the Queen because they do not have the gonads to run her off like the Yanks did.
