Since I'm old, fat, and stuck in Texas for the foreseeable future, can one of you take the tour and post some interesting photos?

You know, last week, I tried to get permission to walk the path the KT in the article above for a piece I was working on. So I called up Cheong Wa Dae, and they told me to talk to the Cultural Properties Administration. So I called them up, and they told me to talk to Capital Defense Headquarters. I called them up, and they gave me the cell phone number of one of the officers of the unit based on the mountain. I called him, and he said he had to talk with his boss, who eventually phoned me back to tell me to talk to the Defense Ministry. At which point I gave up. Luckily, from April 1, this will no longer be an issue. Can't wait to see how it is.

Whoa, thanks a lot for that pointer, Robert;
i'd missed hearing about this in advance.
I am SO there... will make it an R.A.S.
walking-tour ASAP. Too bad that we still
can't continue directly from Inwang-san
directly over Bugak, but maybe someday...
