Blame it on the booze

GNP lawmaker Park Jin, a favorite of this blogger, blamed Korea’s poktanju culture for the downfall of GNP general secretary Choi Yeon-hee, who was stripped of his party posts after he copped a feel from a female Dong-A Ilbo reporter at a drinking party several days ago.  And to prove his point, he smashed a glass of poktanju with a hammer in front of reporters.
