Slow news day, huh?
Go Blue Devils
Although it is nice to see G’Town coming back to prominence.
Shenzhen-It is nice, but the fact that I’m excited about the Hoyas being #23 in the nation with a shot at making NCAAs tells a lot about how low they sank. Shit, when I was a freshman (the year before they got Iverson), they had to settle for the NIT, and we had to wear it like a badge of shame. Things might be looking brighter, though. Apparently, G’town has a decent recruiting class coming in.
bluejives-Let’s get something straight: North and South Korea could unify tomorrow, but if it happens on the same day as a Hoya win over Syracuse, it will get pushed to page 2
You are right,
When I was at Duke we were on the upward slope and Georgetown was at where we are now. Not just beating Georgetown was great for us then, but seeing scrawny Phil Henderson jam a monster slam over Alonzo Mourning was perfect.
