		<description>Somewhere in the mists of time I read that in its initial stages the "sunshine" policy had a specific demand for reciprocity from N.K. (i.e., for $500,000,000 we expect a little more than "thanks, suckers") but KDJ was talked out of it.... Maybe it was on this blog.... Anyway, S.K. can't reunify without other countries assisting (or at least getting out of the way)--"unification by the Korean people's own initiative" is a fantasy in the face of regional politics.</description>
