The problem is that a certain indentifiable ethnic group is doing exactly the same thing to Australian girls, but when they commit crimes against foreigners they are described as "Australian". Basically, because of these guys behavior, the Australian tradition of 'buying a girl a drink' has ended. Most girls wont drink unless they saw the whole process of purchasing the drink to make sure no drugs are put in. Yes, sure, the guys that did it were Australian citizens, but I have trouble indentifying them as 'fellow Australians' on the point of their behavior.
