Their starter package is only 8.95 USD per month, but it includes support for PHP, MySQL, 50 MB disk space, and other goodies, which should be sufficient for running a Wordpress blog. Can you setup a test blog in a different direcotry, set it up with the same WP install, plugins, etc., just don't import the SQL DB, and see how it goes?
