Euan Blair in torrid affair with Korean girl: reports

Serious Korean tabloid crap!

Euan Blair, the eldest son of British Prime Minister Tony Blair, has reportedly fallen head-over-heels with a Korean student in the United States. The Hanguk Ilbo, quoting a Chinese newspaper, which in turn quotes the British press (and re-translated into English here. Isn’t the Internet grand?), said the 22-year-old Blair, who is doing a Congressional internship in Washington, apparently struck up the relationship with the 21-year-old girl within just a couple of days of getting off the plane in Washington. The couple has been spotted at Washington bars (go figure), and in particular, the two–along with Blair’s dormitory buddies–were seen drinking into the wee hours of the morning at a noted Washington Latin dance bar.

Euan’s Korean friend is reportedly a student at the UC Washington Center.

A source close to Euan said the young man was, and I quote, “captivated by the Korean girl’s beauty.”

The kids supposed to be 22 ?! (or was the photo in ther article an old one ?) he looks like he’s about 12.

I’ve never heard of this bloke getting done for public drunkeness but if I was Tony’s son I’d be drinkin’ too (all the better if there’s an attractive girl - Korean or otherwise - who wants to join me).

    More power to the lad.

This happy news(?!) will be a great gift to all the Korean people in the turmoil of current Korean politics. If her identity is revealed to the Korean public, she will be more famous than Nicholas Cage’s Korean wife and Wesley Snipes’ Korean wife combined. Let’s just wait and see how far Korean female superiority can go.

There is definitely some sort of an “irrational exuberance” phenomenon going on here. According to the Law of Supply and Demand, when demand for a certain commodity increases, the cost of that commodity increases as well. If Korean pussy were a stock, it would be overpriced. This trend is noticeable if you consider Woody Allen, Nicholas Cage, and now Euan Blair. In the case of Woody Allen and Soon Yi Previn, the price-to-earning ratio is definitely wildly out of proportion. I dont know if there will be a “correction” anytime soon, but in the meantime, if you are not a movie director, Hollywood celebrity, or the son of a Prime Minister, I recommend that you invest contrarian and pick undervalued stock. Happy Valentine’s Day and for those who aren’t blessed with their own “full bodied human diplomacy”, Happy “Singles Awareness” Day.

As soon as he got off the plane, he spread the word that he wants some “easy lay”.

When this Korean girl heard that a real English gentleman wants an escort, she broke down his apartment’s door.

Some women are so insecure that they will do anything to gain status.

The Jr will face the child support charges within 9 months. The DNA testing will be done by one of Hwang’s associates.

It will be a dead match, more like a cloned match (100% match).

Blair Sr. will have to cough off a couple millions per month to this girl and her “white/oriental” baby. But, don’t kill her (as Brits did Princess Diana).

It?? absolutely nothing wrong that a boy and a girl (in early 20s!) are having a great time. But I don?? understand the media?? frenzy about it. There are already some speculations that she may be another proud Korean wife. Well, but who cares?

I just hope that this kind of publicity wouldn?? damage or hurt the Korean girl?? future. She seems to be a very smart girl, who actually got in the Washing Center program on her own; she could absolutely live her life without the prodigal son of the over-rated politician.

    Happy Valentine to all!

This has the makings of the next big 50-episode ??? ?????(overseas romance) drama. I can’t remember them all, but we’ve seen ones set in—where—Sydney, Harvard, Beijing (okay, not very far overseas), Europe, ….

Of course, dramatic law dictates that one of the two is supposed to be from a poor, downtrodden existense, swept off his/her feet by the wealthy scion. I’m guessing she probably went to a ????? (”name university”), though?

Well, all power to them. Ah, to be 21 again….

[...] At noon, at least an hour after the foreign ministry’s announcement, the Chosun Ilbo had the story so far down I had to scroll down to find it some eight stories below the one about how Tony Blair’s son is passionately involved with a Korean woman. You see, the Chosun, being the Chosun, does not want the Korean people to get an emotional boost if it means that leads to points for Roh’s government. Over at the Hankyoreh, however, the same story (and by that I mean the very same Yonhap story) occupies the top spot on online version. Ohmynews seems to have done best, writing its own story and analysis but placing it eight or so stories down where it belongs. // Used for showing and hiding user information in the comment form function ShowUtils() { document.getElementById(”authorinfo”).style.display = “”; document.getElementById(”showinfo”).style.display = “none”; document.getElementById(”hideinfo”).style.display = “”; } function HideUtils() { document.getElementById(”authorinfo”).style.display = “none”; document.getElementById(”showinfo”).style.display = “”; document.getElementById(”hideinfo”).style.display = “none”; } [...]
