A Seoul court convicted a man of purveying porn online, despite his videos having been approved by the Korea Media Rating Board. He was fined, along with portal sites Naver.com and Yahoo! Korea. What was funny was the judgment the court handed down:
“The 12 videos that the accused made were on average 30 to 40 minutes long, filled with sexual intercourse, sexually explicit conversation, and repetitive moaning from start to finish. They did not contain a significant storyline.”
Well, I’d certainly hope not–if I’m paying 2,000 won a download, I wouldn’t want any extraneous dialogue or plot twists.
“The men and women in the video did not love, like or know each other and were just arranged to have sex.”
I know a couple of marriages like that.
“The video content cannot be seen as intended art, but was only intended to profit from sexual curiosity.”
Well, you got to make a buck somehow.

I wonder how it got approved by the Korea Media Rating Board in the first place anyway… d’uh!
Must have been really tame porn. Guy probably should have been arrested for charging 2,000 won a pop for PG-13 material.
