Damn! Next the courts will be prohibiting sexual battery in the military and equal rights for women in the workplace!
Holy smokes! I didn’t know this stuff still happened in Korea. I did note that the teacher was 58 years old. A dying tradition?
I worked on a sex education-related documentary here (for a Koean audience) which specifically cited this kind of thing plus the finger-in-the-butt poking as two forms of inappropriate behavior that too many people thought was okay.
