I mean, it's not that hard. You see the guy beating the police with a big stick, arrest him. His nationality doesn't become an issue until after he's already in jail and they look at his papers right? Unless this person is trying to suggest that only the Korean protesters should be in trouble, in which case he needs a spanking because he's being a bad boy.
