Mistaken identity?

Do the Hong Kong police need to play All Look Same?  Perhap so:

The protesters, 11 of whom began a hunger strike last Thursday, contend they are innocent and are victims of mistaken identity.

Yang Kyung Kyu, the president of the Korean Federation of Transportation, Public and Social Services Workers’ Unions and one of the 14 protesters being prosecuted, said at a news conference here on Monday that the Hong Kong police lacked experience in distinguishing people of Korean descent.

Korean protestors are the metrosexuals sporting red vests with matching headbands.

It’s easy: The Koreans are the ones who behave outrageously and then blame it all on “misunderstandings” so as to evade responsibility.

I don’t see how it could matter what the persons nationality/race is though… I mean, it’s not that hard. You see the guy beating the police with a big stick, arrest him. His nationality doesn’t become an issue until after he’s already in jail and they look at his papers right?
Unless this person is trying to suggest that only the Korean protesters should be in trouble, in which case he needs a spanking because he’s being a bad boy.

It’s kind of a bitch when videotape has you smacking a cop updside the head. But good try on the variation of the “all you roundeyes look alike” theme.

A HK riot policeman can tell a Korean by the way the rioter swings his weapon. There is a clear difference in fighting techniques as Korean rioters are well trained ‘Hwarang warriors’, while HK rioters have to resort to inferior and derivative Kung Fu.

I wonder how many Koreans would actually swallow that B.S. foreigners-can’t-tell-us-apart excuse.
