Unlike Brian, I’m not so picky as to seek out the "real deal," but that doesn’t make these Italian calendars (NOT work safe) any less pleasing to the eye.

And kudos to Jeff for this truly astute observation:

You know you have been in Korea too long when women of your own race begin to look unusual and exotic.

Now, hailing as I do from East Islip, Long Island, ergo, I was one of only a handful of kids in my high school graduating class whose last name did not end in a vowel, I’ve always a soft spot for the women of that other peninsular nation.  And with that in mind, I also bring you the added bonus of Elisabetta Gregoraci’s and Carolina Marconi’s calendars (NOT work safe), which granted are from 2005, but nonetheless noteworthy from a purely aesthetic point of view.

    I can also recommend the Pirelli calendar which, for 2006, was shot on the Cap d’Antibes a mere 15km or so from my house
