I was going to link this yesterday, but from the Stars & Stripes. Nice that the Korea Times got hold of it.
Another target for the anti-american crowd~
General Walker has more historical ties to Daegu than General Ridgeway because Walker was the general responsible for holding the Pusan perimeter during the beginning of the war which Daegu proved to be a key battlefield of this part of the war. Ridgeway proved more valuable later on in crushing the Chinese agression.
