Yes, it's one of my favourite parts of the country, too.

"Much more of an autumn feel": not enough ??¨?’?, though!

...Or you need to expand that shot to show the ajummas sifting through the fallen leaves for gingko nuts....

Indeed, you are right -- one of my favorite temples in Korea. Great area, too.

However, the banner was a little too wintery, so I've switched it for a pic of the gingko trees and the Gyeongbok Palace wall along Samcheongdong-gil. Much more of an autumn feel.

By Jove, it is, isn't it!?

(<a href="http://up.campustimes.co.kr/Service2/ShellTotal.asp?TreeID=2278BoardID=204cid=26MakeAct=READCurPage=9whereStr=)" rel="nofollow">http://up.campustimes.co.kr/Service2/ShellTotal.asp?TreeID=2278BoardID=204cid=26MakeAct=READCurPage=9whereStr=)</a>

I recognized the view from the top immediately...something about that temple is so distinctive (well, not least the way orientation of the Buddha (Maitreya? I don't recall) inside the ??´??‰?????? (which is called such and not ?Œ€??…???)).
