		<description>john park's article is clear, concise and has an elegant diagram explicitly showing the levels of interest for various issues facing the six countries.  anyone interested in these talks who might not be following them in-depth could glean a pretty accurate understand though this paper.  highly recommended for the armchair international relations people on this board.</description>
