No, unfortunately, those aren’t it. It’s a 30~45 second ad that’s being run on YTN.
Do you mean this one? As with most Korean sites, I had trouble in Firefox, and had to revert to IE to properly view the “Bright Smile Movement Headquarters” website.

Have you tried http://www.tvcf.co.kr? That site has most Korean ads (although you need a membership to negotiate the site properly, you can find a lot there anyhow).
