The Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Public Prosecutors’ Office said yesterday that they are considering introducing the “John School,” a school for sex offenders, in an effort to prevent repeat sex offenses on condition of suspension of their indictment.
The John School, so-named according to the expression “Johns” that describes men buying sex, has been operating in the United States to educate prostitutes, human traffickers, brothel owners as well as clients.

What a novel idea! We already have to do this in USFK…it’s called New Horizons Day training, mandatory for all Army Soldiers…civilians are “encouraged” to attend. Premise is that without GI’s, there would be no prostitution human trafficking in Korea. Slight problem with the logic…just ask the hoes who most of their “johns” are.
