    I don’t mind the idea of some kind of ‘carrots’ such as a peace treaty or security guarantees, maybe even some diplomatic benefits, but I don’t like the idea of giving anything financial. Let SK and China hand over the cash. Since neither seem to want to do much to reign in the Norks, let them pay for the privilege of not accomplishing much besides sustaining the Nork regime.
