Is Mun Geun-yeong even old enough to vote?

    She turned 18 (19 Korean) last month on May 6 (don’t ask me why I know that). That would make her legal in the states but it doesn’t in Korea does it? I heard rumor there was a law in the works to lower the age from 20 to 19 for presidential elections but I never heard how that turned out.

    Another thing to consider…since she’s cross-eyed, would she pick the right candidate, or is this just the kind of voter Hanchongnyun is looking for?

    If Roh can get impeached for saying that he hopes the ruling party wins in the General Election, and if the National Election Commission (NEC) can issue an official decision about that and give one version of its decision to Roh and a different version of its decision to the National Assembly, then shouldn’t the NEC get charged with statutory rape in this case?
