Jodi, I used to eat a live octopus in my hometown Busan. Actually, it’s quite delicious. It isn’t usually big though. The live octopus in the movie is too big to eat. Hey, wangkon936, it’s better with sesame oil and salt. Everybody should try a tiny live octopus in Busan!

I’ve never been tempted to eat a live octopus, although if others want to, they should feel free to follow the impulse. But aren’t there a few people who choke and die on those things? (Revenge of the small, 8-legged creature) I guess they aren’t chewed first.

I love eating live octopus! Especially after you cut it all up and the individual pieces are still wiggling!… MMmmmm….. after you dip it in that special ko chu jang sauce! Americans shouldn’t yuck it till they have tried it!
