Crime doesn’t pay. Or does it?

According to Arirang News, North Korean defectors with criminal records, including “terrorists, drug dealers and those carrying criminal records involving rape and murder,” will be ineligible for government support. Of course, terrorists, drug dealers, rapists and murderers who remain in North Korea and are members of the Korean Workers Party Central Committee will continue to receive generous support from the South Korean taxpayer.
