Seconding the Oranckay, Antti’s latest post on the apparent connection between sex and aging is a blast:

in my younger days when i did some socialogical expeditions in the red light regions of various countries, i too learned that picking the pretty ones was asking for trouble.
the reason is that the pretty ones almost always were busy anyway and didn’t care to have more business and they tended to play games with you to try and get more money. the not as pretty ones were happy that you picked them when there are so many pretty ones around and the tended to take you around the world and back again and they even enjoyed the ride.
Even the pretty ones for free act the same way…
As for the relationship between sex and aging, there seems to be one (even written about in the NYT), but the key is not sex but ejaculation on the part of the male.
The Taoists, however, apparently have techniques to deal with that so that you can have your cake and eat it too.
Grandfather Kwon’’s comments reminded me of the comment oft made by ROK Marines in Nam when they saw the equipment of some white and especially some black US soldiers: “Yeah, it may be big, but ours are harder”
