Kudos go out to the U.S. Embassy for trying to reach out to the Korean netizen by opening up its own online community with Daum (Chosun Ilbo article on it here). I’d imagine moderating the site could be a pain in the ass, but it look like a potentially rewarding project and I wish you the best of luck with it.
