Moonies helped North Korea develop missiles?

Moonies!Kevin at IA points out that the Japanese scrap dealer that sold North Korea 12 decommissioned Russian subs in 1993 — Russian subs whose missile launch systems may have given the North Koreans useful technical information they are putting to good use in developing new intermediate-range ballistic missiles — was an affiliate of Unification Church. Yes, that’s the same Unification Church that owns the decidedly conservative Washington Times.
